ABOUT

Based in Yorkshire, Creating Impact is a not-for-profit sustainability consultancy. I work with local government, communities and purpose-driven professionals to co-create and deliver ambitious strategies and projects.

After working in local government for the past 10 years, I wanted to create a consultancy that combined specialist sustainability expertise with the relational, facilitation and leadership skills that unlock momentum.

I focus on the missing pieces that often hold people and places back from creating greater impact:

– Supporting local government to engage stakeholders effectively, build trust and position places for investment;

– Helping community‑led initiatives design credible projects, strengthen partnerships and secure the funding they need to grow; and

– Building leadership, confidence and resilience through 1‑to‑1 coaching that supports people to navigate complexity and drive change.
